Overview

The Admin Intern supports daily administrative, operational, and office coordination tasks to ensure smooth internal workflows. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in a growing technology startup.

 

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and record keeping

  • Support contract, invoice, and basic administrative documentation

Office & Operations Coordination

  • Help manage office supplies, equipment, and workspace organization

  • Support internal scheduling, meetings, and team coordination

HR & Internal Support

  • Assist with onboarding documentation for interns and new staff

  • Support basic HR administrative tasks and internal communications

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain simple tracking sheets and internal records

  • Support preparation of internal reports and summaries

Qualifications

Education & Background

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields

Skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

  • Good communication skills in Vietnamese and basic English

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Able to work independently and follow instructions

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles

  • Familiarity with startup or tech environments

Internship Program Timeline
