Overview

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role focuses on building relationships with partners, system integrators, distributors, and end customers, while supporting sales and go-to-market activities for Apicoo Robotics’ products and solutions.

 

You will work closely with engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to turn technical capabilities into clear commercial value for industrial customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation, robotics, and manufacturing sectors

  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, distributors, system integrators, and key customers

  • Support sales activities including lead qualification, customer meetings, and proposal preparation

  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand product capabilities and customer requirements

  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitors, and customer needs

  • Support contract discussions, pricing coordination, and commercial negotiations

  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales materials

  • Represent the company at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events

  • Track sales pipeline, opportunities, and progress using internal tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English

  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into customer value

  • Experience working with B2B customers or industrial products is an advantage

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in robotics, automation, or industrial equipment markets

  • Familiarity with system integrators, OEMs, or distribution networks

  • Experience with international customers or partners

  • Basic understanding of industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing processes
