High-mix CNC machine tending for load-bearing cover components - 43 part variants, ranging from Ø25 to 157 mm in diameter. Too many variants to automate with pneumatic tooling, the line ran on manual labor - handling oily, slippery parts by hand, continuously.
Apicoo automated the line with 4 SusGrip-3F units - 2 per CNC machine, replacing manual handling entirely.
